Facials made from all natural ingredients are the best. Oatmeal is particularly effective at cleansing and moisturizing skin. Many body products are made with oatmeal. One very simple oatmeal facial involves simply mixing together a whole egg, some cooked instant oatmeal and a little bit of olive oil. Muddle up these three ingredients until you have developed an even paste. Apply the substance on your face and allow it to dry. When the mask has dried, use some lukewarm water to wash your face. This next recipe is perfect if you have dry skin. First, massage your face with a tablespoon of dry oatmeal. To moisturize try adding a mashed banana to 3 ounces of yogurt just like a cream. Be sure to spread evenly but not into the eyes.
